Uncut Legacy™ Return Policy

While we aim to please our customers with every purchase, we understand that things happen. We promise to honor your return if the error is on us. No problem! For all orders placed in error by the customer, a return service fee will be charged. Due to the delicate nature of our diamond design, we recommend washing in cold temperatures and drying on low. 

Return steps:

For returned packages, we will notify customers via e-mail once we have received returned packages and directly arrange refund to you, the customer. Customers can reply to us via e-mail at uncutlegacyempire@gmail.com to schedule a re-shipment of a product or request a refund. 

• 1. Please contact us within 15 days after the package is delivered.
• 2. We do not accept returned items that are sent back prior to contacting us. 
• 3. Please do not send returns directly to the address on the package received. All returned merchandise should be sent to: 1021 East Fairview Blvd. Inglewood, CA.  90302. Please receive authorization prior to sending returns. 
• 4. Please note that all returned items must be in good condition in  cases of incorrect sizes or colors ordered. Damaged items are the exception. Otherwise, refunds can not be issued. 
• 5.  We can only issue the refund once the item has been returned. We will notify you by e-mail upon our receipt.
• 6. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to place your order. Please allow 48 hours with Paypal and 7-15 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.
• 7. There are NO exchanges or returns on promotional items or items on sale.
• 8. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at the customer's expense unless a mistake is made by Uncut Legacy™. We apologize for any inconvenience. Shop responsibly!
